Preheat oven to 180°C.
Layer half the potato slices over the base of a greased, ovenproof dish.
Top with butternut slices.
Add another layer of potato and then top with a layer of butternut.
Mix the contents of the sachet of KNORR Butternut & Sweet Chilli Soup with the cold milk and stir until all powder has dissolved.
Pour this mixture over the vegetables and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until cooked through.
Serve warm with a fresh green salad.
