Preheat oven to 200°C.
Heat oil in a large pot and gently cook the onion and red pepper until soft.
Add the chicken and allow to cook until sealed.
Add the milk and drained corn kernels and stir in the contents of the sachet of KNORR Naturally Tasty Creamy Chicken & Broccoli Bake.
Bring to the boil then reduce the heat and allow to simmer for 10 minutes then remove from heat and divide into mugs.
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut out circles that are slightly wider than the diameter of your chosen mugs.
Cover each mug with a puff pastry circle sealing the edges with your fingers.
Brush with the egg wash and bake in the oven at 200°C for 15 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and cooked.
