Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place potatoes in the bottom of a greased, ovenproof dish.
Heat Stork margarine in a frying pan and fry onion until soft.
Add the chicken cubes and fry for 5-7 min.
Add the garlic, chopped spinach, salt and pepper and fry gently for 1 min.
Spoon these ingredients over the potatoes.
Mix the contents of the KNORR Bacon and Onion Flavour Potato Bake with a little milk to make a paste and stir in the remaining milk.
Pour over the chicken and potatoes, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 180°C for 1 hour until the potatoes are cooked and the cheese is golden brown.
