Preheat oven to 180°C.
Wash the baby potatoes. Using a sharp knife, cut thin slices crossways in the potatoes, without slicing all the way to the bottom.
Brush the potatoes all over with olive oil or melted coconut oil.
Tip the contents of the KNORR Creamy Garlic and Herb Potato Bake onto a plate or tray and roll the potatoes so they are evenly coated.
Place on a baking sheet and bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy all over, turning them frequently. Alternatively, you can cook them in an air fryer at 160°C for the first 20 minutes and then at 180°C for a further 10 minutes, tossing them every now and then.
Serve hot with a protein or veggies of your choice.
