Heat the oil in a large pot, add the mince and cook, stirring, until browned.
Add the garlic and the contents of the sachet of KNORR Naturally Tasty Lasagne. Stir to coat the mince.
Add the tomatoes, sugar and water, then bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
Break up each lasagne sheet into four pieces, then add them to the pot. Simmer for about 7 minutes, or until the pasta has softened. If the soup gets too thick, add a little more water to ensure the pasta cooks through.
Stir in the chopped basil, mozzarella and Parmesan, then season to taste with salt and pepper.
Ladle the soup into bowls and sprinkle with extra Parmesan.
