Heat oil and margarine in a pot and add onions and garlic and cook till soft and golden.
Add the carrots, celery, potatoes, red pepper, green beans and tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the water and KNORR Vegetable Stock pot, bring to the boil then reduce the heat and allow to simmer partially covered for 45 minutes
Add the cannellini beans and pasta, and bring to the boil for 12 minutes
Serve garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley
