Place the oil, onion, peppers and garlic into a saucepan and cook gently for 5-8 minutes, or until softened.
Add the livers to the pan and toss for about 20 minutes, or until firm and lightly browned.
Sprinkle in the paprika, parsley and the contents of the sachet of KNORR Naturally Tasty Moroccan Chicken, and toss for about a minute.
Simmer for 3 minutes.
Add the boiled potatoes to the saucepan and simmer for 3 more minutes.
Add the baby cherry tomatoes and coriander and serve hot.
