Heat the oil in a pot and fry the onions and red pepper until soft. Add the mince and fry until all traces of pink are gone.
Add the garlic, Barbecue Spice, paprika and parsley and cook, stirring, for a further two minutes.
Add the contents of the sachet of KNORR Naturally Tasty Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe Mix and the chopped tomatoes, and cook, stirring, for two minutes.
Add the water and the KNORR Beef Stock Pot, mix well, then lower the heat and cook, stirring occasionally, for 30-35 minutes, or until the mince is tender and the sauce is thick.
In the meantime, cook the spaghetti according to the on-pack instructions.
Season to taste and serve with spaghetti and optional grated cheese.
