Mix the beef mince, spring onions, olives, dry contents of the sachet of KNORR Three Cheese Sauce, garlic and basil pesto together, season well and shape into patties.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a heavy-based frying pan and sauté the onions until soft and sticky, adding a pinch of sugar and Robertsons Salt (to taste).
Heat the rest of the olive oil in the same pan and fry the burger patties for about 4 minutes a side or until well done.
Butter hot crispy rolls and layer with sliced tomato, beef patty, sticky onions and then top with the rocket.
