Cut the chicken breasts into strips and set aside.
Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the onions for two minutes.
Add the chicken strips and Portuguese seasoning and cook, stirring now and then, for 4 – 5 minutes.
Add the hot water plus the sachets of seasoning mix and uncooked rice from the KNORR Rice Mate Mild Breyani box. Bring to the boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the crushed chillies and simmer for a further 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately, topped with chopped fresh coriander.
