Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the sausages until golden brown, remove and set aside.
Fry the onion and green pepper until soft, then add tomatoes, Robertsons Cayenne Pepper, water, Knorr stock pot, lentils and Sage and simmer for 5 minutes.
Place sausages in a casserole dish and pour the sauce over.
Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes or until sausages are cooked through.
Add a little more water if mixture becomes too thick.
