Preheat oven to 180°C.
Fry bacon bits until crispy.
Slice potatoes or sweet potatoes and layer potato and bacon bits in a casserole dish.
Spread a thin layer of pesto sauce over the potatoes.
Mix sachet contents with the milk and pour over the potatoes.
Cover with tin foil and bake at 180°C for 40-45 minutes until cooked.
