All of the quiche – none of the crust! Mix together eggs, broccoli, salmon, chives and Knorr’s Three Cheese Pasta Sauce, pour into an ovenproof dish and voila! This recipe is quick, easy and absolutely incredible eating.
Blanche the broccoli for 2 minutes in rapidly, boiling water seasoned with salt. Drain and roughly chop.
To prepare the cheese sauce; pour the contents of packet into a jug. Fill up to the 250 ml mark with rapidly boiling water. For best results stir with a whisk for 1 minute (alternatively use a fork). Set aside until needed.

Pour into a 22cm (capacity of 1,5l) ovenproof dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until the quiche is golden and set. Remove from the oven and cool down before slicing. Serve with a crunchy salad.
