Rub the Robertsons spices into the chicken and set aside for 15 minutes
Add boiling water to the contents of the sachet of KNORR Chicken Noodle Soup and leave to stand for 15 minutes.
Heat the oil in a pan and lightly brown the chicken strips
Add the celery, spring onion and bean sprouts and stir-fry for a few minutes
Add the remaining sauce ingredients to the soup mixture and stir well
Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables and simmer until slightly thickened
Top with the toasted cashew nuts and serve immediately
