Preheat oven to 180°C.
Rub the potatoes with 15 ml olive oil and the contents of the sachet of KNORR Sour Cream & Chives Potato Bake. Season with Robertsons Black Pepper and place onto a baking tray.
Sprinkle with rosemary leaves and garlic cloves and bake in the oven for about 40 min until golden brown and crispy.
When the potatoes come out of the oven, sprinkle with feta cheese.
Rub fish fillets with 5 ml olive oil and lightly fry in a non-stick frying pan.
When the fish is almost cooked through, add a squeeze of lemon juice and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
Serve fish with potato wedges, steamed green beans and carrots.
